Alli

Alli is a certified group fitness and spin instructor with experience in indoor and outdoor cycling. She is also certified in Pranayama (yogic breathing) and teaches simple breathing techniques following each of her classes to enhance energy + performance + recovery while decreasing stress and anxiety.

She has tested her breathwork knowledge and technique on cross-country bike tours, ultramarathons, and in everyday life as tools for relaxation and stress reduction. She has found conscious use of breath, paired with meditation to be the missing link to mental and physical performance and recovery.
